What we collect
When you submit a form or call us, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address, and job details you choose to give us. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule work.
- To quote, invoice, and keep a service record for warranty purposes.
- To meet permit, inspection, and tax record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than service providers we need in order to do the work — for example a form-delivery provider, our accountant, or a municipality when a permit requires your address. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Job records are retained for as long as required for warranty and tax purposes, then deleted. Enquiries that do not become jobs are removed once they are no longer useful.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@depex.ca or calling (604) 808-2030.
