Our promise
What you get, in writing
Plumbing is a trust business. These are the things we'd want from a contractor working on our own house.
-
Licensed and insured
We work under full liability and WorkSafeBC coverage. Ask for the paperwork any time — we'd rather you did.
-
Written estimate first
You approve a number before we start. If we find something behind the wall, we stop and re-estimate instead of quietly adding to the bill.
-
Rates you can check
Our hourly rate, call-out fee, and after-hours pricing are published on this site. You can work the bill out yourself before you call.
